1-2 weeks normally, in some cases it may be longer, on custom orders expect over 4 weeks for processing.

To keep your jewelry looking brand new be sure to keep it dry, and away from abrasive surfaces, certain stones are more easily damaged by falls or rough surfaces.

All metals tarnish over time, to clean any signs of tarnishing off your pieces just use warm water and soap, you may also use a polishing cloth.
