How long does shipping take?

Expect processing & shipping between 3-5 business days for ready made pieces.

Items marked "made to order" may take 2-3 weeks to take into account the time needed to create each piece to the required specifications

Refunds, Returns, Repairs, Exchanges?

Refunds, exchanges, and returns will only be accepted in the case that the item arrived damaged or imperfect for any reason that is a fault of the postal service or myself.

If an item needs repair for damage or imperfection for the reasons stated above fill out the contact form or DM me on Instagram (@friendofdaisies_) to discuss next steps if a repair is possible.

If an item needs repair for any damage or imperfection that is caused by an error on your end (e.x. being rough with it, leaving on while sleeping, swimming with the jewelry on, etc) we can discuss repairs and I can provide an estimate based on the extent of the damage)
